The breakfast had something for everyone, which was great. The staff were super helpful - they really went out of their way to assist us. This place is tucked away in a peaceful spot near a cozy pub, right on the border between England and Scotland. 🌿

Modern and exceptionally clean place to stay in, it has attentive staff with good service. The breakfast offers a good choice of toast and cereals. Every time in Canonbie, I choose this place.

The location turned out to be quiet and decent, near Restaurant, the beautiful river and a lovely river walk.

The room was well-kept, tastefully decorated, and had all the basic facilities we needed, including free Wi-Fi, and the hotel's central location was convenient for visiting the Lakes.

The proximity to the Lakes was absolutely stunning and gorgeous. The room itself was awesome, with its own private bathroom. 🏞️

The hotel's location is beautiful, really close to the Cross Keys as a stopover on a long trip from southern England to Northern Scotland as well as Scotland. , Gilnockie Tower Reiver Centre is just 3 km away.

I greatly enjoyed this hotel, it's exceptionally clean and perfect. The staff were easy-going and amazingly friendly all the time. Had an ironing set, coffee/tea making machines, and TV in my budget queen room. Had large continental breakfasts with unbelievably great value and toast. I was there before and would return anytime.
